I am a social worker and a lawyer.
I work with individuals, with a particular focus on lawyers and professionals, navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, OCD, trauma, and the strain of holding a great deal together.
Many of the clients I support are thoughtful, capable, and deeply responsible. On the surface, they may appear composed and successful. Underneath, they may feel anxious, disconnected, emotionally overwhelmed, or caught in patterns of overthinking, self-pressure, and relentless internal demand.
Some come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by stress, perfectionism, or anxiety. Others are trying to make sense of workplace dynamics, difficult relationship patterns, communication challenges, or painful experiences that have affected their sense of safety, confidence, and connection to themselves.

I am the Founder and Clinic Director of Eden Wellness Psychotherapy. As a former lawyer, Registered Psychotherapist, and Adjunct Faculty member of Osgoode Hall Law School, I work with individuals, with a particular focus on professionals, including executive, lawyers, doctors, and others in demanding roles, navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, self-criticism, relationship strain, and the pressure of holding a great deal together. I also support couples in communication breakdown, disconnect, and conflict.
Many of the clients I support are capable, responsible, and outwardly composed. They meet deadlines, show up for others, and keep moving, even when they are tired. Underneath, they may feel anxious, depleted, disconnected, or caught in patterns of overthinking, over-functioning, and relentless internal pressure.
Some come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or the constant need to perform. Others are trying to make sense of difficult relationship patterns, major life transitions, workplace strain, or the quiet cost of always being the person others rely on.
As a high-achiever, work-in-progress recovering perfectionist, former lawyer, mother of four, and Founder and Clinic Director of Eden Wellness Psychotherapy, I understand both the pull to keep going and the cost of doing it for too long. My approach is warm, direct, reflective, and results-oriented. I offer clear feedback, ask thoughtful and sometimes challenging questions, and work collaboratively with you to understand your patterns, build meaningful change, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and sustainable.
I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey.
